2. Usage of Artificial Intelligence in Reefer Trouble Shooting
3. Hands-on Practice on CARRIER, STAR COOL, and DAIKIN Units
- Electrical System: Checking and replacing contactors
- Replacement of motor protection devices
- Refrigeration System: Gas pump-down procedure, Refrigerant recharging
- Replacement of compressors
- Replacement of filter-drier
- Replacement of high-pressure switch (HPS)
- Sensor System: Replacement of temperature and pressure sensors
- Air Circulation System: Replacement of evaporator and condenser fans
- System Diagnostics: Troubleshooting following maker’s manual
- Performing PTI (Pre-Trip Inspection)
Note: Trainees are expected to bring their own PPE. Completion certificate will be issued after practical assessment.
