We operate in the field of providing human resources to foreign corporations including: workers in factories, students for educational projects and seafarers for international ship owners. Our main company (BBC Group) based in Hanoi specializes in managing labor supply for factories and students for educational projects. Our branch (BBC-SMR Marine) in Hai Phong City manages the field of providing crew members for international ship owners.

BBC-SMR Marine has a team of 20 skilled office staff who are formally trained in Vietnam like abroad and more than 500 crew members are working on the ship until September 2023 and more than 100 crew members who are off duty have all Experience working on domestic and international ships.
